Nervous nervous and anxious waiting for this hot young model to show up. Changing location at last minute. Clean my studio up. Try to make things nice. Oh great, the local band is rehearsing here same time we are shooting. Minor set back. She can’t find the place. Ok she’s here. She looks like Shelly, an old friend of mine from when I was her age.
We take time to look around the place and we chat. We’re both comfortable. Taking it easy. We shoot on the orange couch. The background is always a problem in that room. My shots are often out of focus I see later. The lens is like that. It’s a good warm up.
We shoot a different look in the pool. The light is great. We play with angles, poses, wardrobe, hair. We both swim for a minute with my camera in hand. The water feels amazing. She is off to another shoot.
